The vision of SNiBA is to be recognized as a reference research technology transfer, project development and educational center at national and international level for the ago-industry, especially for added value activities in the food-chain within the animal production sector.

SNiBA mision is to foster the transfer of knowledge between the University and the productive sector:
- Fostering and leading RESEACH to achieve integral solutions to problems of improving productive efficiency, reducing production costs and improving the quality and security of the final product
- Fostering the EDUCATION of the sectors in areas of nutrition, management and animal wellbeing
